Ana and Carlos raised their family in her adopted hometown of East Hartford, moving there in 1977. A devout catholic, Ana was a communicant of the former St. Peter’s Church in Hartford before attending St. Christopher Church in East Hartford. Prior to her retirement, Ana worked many years in the commercial linen industry. She lived a quiet and reserved life focusing her time and energy on her primary passion of hosting family and friends at her meticulously maintained home where she prepared traditional Puerto Rican food nearly every day. She provided no choice as to whether you could visit her house and not eat! She loved her novellas, La Comay gossip TV show, and was a dedicated fan of the “Candy Crush” game. She adored being abuela and grandma, showering love, attention, Malta, Doritos and random gifts and toys on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband Carlos, Ana is survived by her three beloved children: Denise Camejo of East Hartford, Charlie Rojas and his wife Rosa of East Hartford, Jason Rojas and his wife Sarah of East Hartford; nine cherished grandchildren Chris, Tony, Robert Isaiah, Earl Stanley Jr, Charlie Jr, Addison Marie, Stella Genoveva, Jayden Carlos and Celia Katherine; and two adored great-grandchildren, Luna Blue and Avalynn. She also leaves her siblings Judy Valentine, Lydia Velazquez, Zoraida Clayton, Rafael Pagan Del Valle, and Esther Pagan. She was predeceased by siblings Aida Iris Pagán Del Valle, Jorge Pagan Del Valle and Efrain Pagan Del Valle and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
